Harvest Festival Gathering

To celebrate the changing of seasons, and to help build community cohesion, we're inviting anyone living locally to join us for an afternoon of food sharing, singing, dancing and good company.

The session include a free glass of mulled wine (over 18's only). The event take place in our gorgeous woodland compound and we'll also be using the community event space at Tippy Park Community Orchard.

We invite everyone to bake/cook something, even if it's small, so that we can share food together. We encourage people to source local, organic and sustainable food/drink. Don't worry if you don't have the skills, and/or budget, to provide something you are welcome just to turn up. You can also BYOB. As the event will include alcohol we're running the event for over 18's only.

The meeting point is the compound at Tulgey Woods, PL3 5DX, you'll see the Tulgey Woods gates at the end of the turning circle on Compton Vale adjacent to the entrance to Trefusis Park.

We do ask visitors to avoid using petrol/diesel vehicles to travel to site wherever possible. We have a secure cycle compound (and electric charging point) for anyone arriving by bicycle.

Please note that we have no toilets on site but you can access the woods to find a private space if needed!

This session is funded by the National Lottery Awards for All.
