The exercise circuit can be tailored to your groups ability and intentions; from a simple, heart raising stroll through the woods and up Kill Hill, to a beast of a workout to challenge the toughest fitness champion.
Sam, Sid and Ashley are all experienced fitness coaches and so you are in safe, qualified hands.
We have two, base circuits; an easy one and a bastard.
The easy one is not much more than a stroll through the woodland paths, a short 'heart raiser' up Kill Hill and a nice seat to catch your breath and enjoy the views.
Suitable for most ages and fitness levels.
The second circuit is somewhat challenging. We call it The Bastard and it is unlikely you will complete it. Suitable for professional athletes, soldiers and fitness masochists only.
Real men (and women) train with their boots on. You have been warned!
